MISA Installer Online Registration

Before undertaking any MISA installation, the Installer must first register with SKOPE by completing and submitting this form. Only installers that have registered with SKOPE will be permitted to install MISA products. Installer Details

Terms and Conditions

The Installer will complete all MISA installations in accordance with:

the MISA installation manual which the Installer has downloaded a copy of, read and understood, and all directions given to the Installer by SKOPE from time to time relating to MISA products.

the customer’s plans and specifications.

the terms of any local authority consents.

all relevant laws, regulations, building codes and standards (Building Codes). The Installer acknowledges that SKOPE may provide information regarding aspects of the Building Codes, but that this is provided for general information only and does not detract from the Installer’s responsibility to ensure that all equipment is installed in accordance with the Building Codes.

the Installer acknowledges and agrees that the Installer will be liable directly to the customer for any issues directly or indirectly related to installation of MISA products, including any defect, malfunction or failure of MISA products due to inadequate ventilation, and the customer will have recourse solely and directly against the Installer. The Installer agrees to remedy any issues directly or indirectly related to installation of MISA products following installation and to complete any necessary repairs or adjustments in a timely manner to the satisfaction of SKOPE and the Customer, at no cost to SKOPE or the Customer. If the Installer reasonably believes that the fault or failure is not directly or indirectly related to installation of the MISA product, the Installer shall provide, prior to any repair work being carried out, reasonable evidence, to the satisfaction of SKOPE in its sole discretion, to prove that the fault is a parts issue and is subject to the SKOPE warranty terms for MISA products (

the Installer indemnifies SKOPE against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all other reasonable costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by SKOPE in relation to any claim arising out of or in connection with incorrect installation of MISA products by me including the breach, negligent performance or failure or delay in performance of services by the Installer, or its employees, agents or subcontractors.

the Installer acknowledges that SKOPE may, by notice in writing, revoke the Installer’s status as an approved SKOPE installer at any time.

the Installer has read, understood, and agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
